Easy Acoustic Guitar Song?

I am looking for a song to sing and play on guitar.I just began playing, and can play basic chords (but difficulties with F/B-bar codes), and not really good at finger picking strings either.I can play kiss me by sixpence none the richer and tears and rain by james blunt. so around that level would be good!thanks!
