Hamdard Foundation
Was founded in 1953 in Karachi by Hakim Muhammed *Said for the purpose of organizing national and international conferences to discuss problems in medicine, humanities, science, and Islamic studies. The Foundation has branched out into Lahore, Rawalpindi, and Peshawar, since 1953. The Hamdard Foundation publishes the quarterly journal, Harndard Islamics and Hamdard Medicus.
Hamdard Foundation Pakistan Library Founded in 1954 in Karachi it has more than 100,000 volumes including collections on Oriental medicine, homeopathy, and Islamic studies as well as periodicals and Oriental manuscripts.
