Try reading a book. It might not sound like much, and I know you want to go out, but you've got four more years until you're on your own ( and two until you can drive). When you do turn 16, and you do get a car, just remember to be responsible. You wouldn't want that to get taken away too. The only the you can do is wait, as sucky as that is. Try to have some online friends. They might help pass the time.

I understand where you are coming from because so many rules and regulations it can drive any teenage mad. Look the best way to deal with situation is you really need to sit down and tell your parents that you are unhappy how are you suppose to develop your skills or progress in the outside world when they are really backward.Or why don't you get one of your school teachers to come around the house to talk to your parents and explain that we encourage these activities at school and say that this is really effecting your performance and that they need to be a bit more open minded and relaxed. I am sure you got loads of friends who parents are chilled out try to get them to come over to have a talk with your mum get them to explain that it important for a child to have interests.Try to build a relationship of trust with your parents it will be difficult but you have to stay positive because your parents need time to come round in your way of thinking. Be patient and understanding because I had overprotective parents and I know the feeling but don't give up without a fight because it will be all worth it in the end. Anyway good luck
