Hello and Salem Aleikum,

I have a few questions regarding marriage by proxy and I hope there is a person who might know about it.

I know it's allowed in Pakistan to marry by proxy, but it is possible when....

both parties (man and woman) are in different countries outside of Pakistan and the Quazi is in Pakistan?

both parties (man and woman) are in different countries outside of Pakistan and are only represented by representative?

Means an islamic marriage (in Pakistan or in a mosque) that you are automatically converted to islam?
