Salam Alaikum, I am a Muslim, revert, several years. I attend a ( mostly ) Pakistani masjid.As an American Muslim, I have come to love not only Islam, but also Pakistani culture, food, and clothes/fashions.But I read on the internet, that pakistani's do not marry american women unless it is for a green card, or the american is uneducated.Is this true?

No, it's not. I mean obviously some Pakistani's do use people do get green cards. But that doesn't mean that all Pakistani's are like that. Many have pure hearts and will marry you for you--not the green card.Good luck!Salam.

Some do this but I wouldn't label the whole Pakistani population with this. However, it is a trend unfortunatly so be careful.love for all, hatred for none

Yes its so true. My Pakistani Husband married me, an American woman and we moved to Pakistan. I feel real used. Only shady men will marry you for a green card. See if the guy is willing to live in Pakistan with you then you will know he isn't using you.

there are good and bad men and women with those intentions of any culture... Im sure not all pakistanis are like this..

i am a Pakistani and i did married an American women(white)and i also got the green card and am still living with herbut i would suggest you to make the guy whom you are marrying sign a legal paper work in which it says if he leaves you he will have to fortfit his green card and leave the united states

NOpnot true , not all pakistanies are like that.U can find racist in every culture not only in pakistanies .
