Video/Graphic Card/Driver Not Working?

Hi, I have a laptop. It originally had Windows Vista on it, but my parent's paid someone to downgrade it to Windows XP. In that process, my computer does not recognize the sound driver/card and the video driver/card. I go into My Computer -> Properties -> Hardware -> Device Manager and it says that it's in 'Other Devices' as:1. Audio Device on High Definition Audio Bus2. Base System Device3. Base System Device4. Base System Device5. Video Controller (VGA Compatible)My computer specs are:Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP Professional (Build 5.1, Build 2600)System Manufacturer: Hewlett-PackardSystem Model: HP Pavilion dv9700 Notebook PCBIOS: Phoenix BIOS 4.0 Release 6.1Processor: AMD Turion (tm) 64 X2 Mobile Techonolgy TL-60, MMX, 3DNow (2 cpus), ~And there that part trails offscreen...here are the restMemory: 3006MB RamDirectX: DirectX 9.0 cPlease, oh please help me...I don't know what to do...it was MEANT for MapleStory...please...I also do not know the specific names for the drives and stuff I have, but on my laptop's keyboard it has stickers that say:(This one is an old sticker) Windows Vista(The rest apply I think)AMD Turion 64 X2 Mobile TechnologynVidia GraphicsWiFi CertifiedThat's about it. Please help me...I have no knowledge of how to check things, but other than that I can do anything else.

you need to go to the laptop manufacturer and download the XP drivers for that model laptop.
