ok i want to learn how to play acoustic guitar or some kind of guitar( acoustic or electric) and my mom wants me to learn to play the piano. should i just teach myself how to play the giutar or take pianio lessons? which is easier thanthe other. HELP?? =)

if this is your first instrument its probably a good idea to take lessons what ever you decide. I took lessons for piano and after i had gained a knowedge of music it became easier to learn a range of other instruments - saxophone, clarinet, guitar etc. but im sure you could start on guitar aswell. TAKE LESSONS FIRST

Piano's a really good instrument to learn...it's like your whole foundation when it comes learning music. But guitars (or bass guitars) are easier to learn on your own.

if you wanna learn guitar learn it now, especially electric guitar.however if you learn piano first, you can tech your self guitar. its not very hard, but its gets hard if you do it vice versa.
